Perpetua was present when the Shapers ingressed into Nemesis Node through Portals in the Anazktec Valley of the Dead. She fled, with etchings from an ancient stone tablet. Perpetua was the first to inform the Nemesis Magnus of the Tessellation membrane. And her etchings would eventually be reassembled to reveal the Prime Artifact Equation - the blueprint for using the 13 Prime Artifacts to tune the Tessellation.
